The room was very comfortable, brand‑new and clean, but it isn’t soundproof at all—noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway can be heard everywhere.

The beds were very uncomfortable (no box spring, a metal bar in the middle, and a too‑soft mattress). The shower was cramped and in bad repair, the water was too hot to adjust, and the metal lockers were very noisy.

The room was large, we were lucky to get one at the back so street noise was minimal, but the walls were thin. The reception felt very impersonal, giving no information about breakfast or other services, and the staff in the restaurant and breakfast area were unfriendly and didn’t speak Spanish, making communication difficult for us.
