“Wasn’t feeling well the two days there, but the positive, helpful nature of your staff helped compensate.”
The front desk staff were over the top helpful! The only issue was the waffle iron—this nice place has no reason to have a partially working waffle iron. I talked to two staff members, both of whom were aware of the problem.

The rooms were freshly updated and spotless. The staff were welcoming and the check‑in process was quick and hassle‑free. I was annoyed that parking had to be paid for even though there was plenty of space; it felt like a cash grab.
The hotel is within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants, and it’s close to St. Andrew’s Srate Park.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the breakfast lady was amazing—she kept the food well stocked and went out of her way to help. The hotel deserves a raise. However, the room needs updating and the carpet should be replaced with hardwood floors; the hallway carpet also needs a steam clean. We extended our stay by two days, yet the maid service failed to take out our trash, Kleenex, or vacuum the carpet on Sunday.
