The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The big problem was the price – the online listing showed one amount, but when we got to the hotel they added about 46,000 pesos extra. Feels like a bait‑and‑switch, so watch out before you book.

Nothing good to say – the front desk seemed more interested in chatting about a party than helping guests, and we had to keep interrupting them just to get basic info. We asked for another room because the bathtub was ridiculously high and had no handrails, and then the TV remote was missing, the TV didn’t work, and the staff answered our calls with a condescending tone. To top it off, we waited 20 minutes at night for the main door to be unlocked while being shouted at from upstairs.

The staff were attentive and courteous, which was a plus. Unfortunately the room itself left a lot to be desired – the furnishings were outdated and the bathroom was cramped.

Housekeeping did a solid job and the room was clean. The downside was being placed on the top floor, which meant climbing a mountain of stairs every time we needed anything.

The hotel’s location is spot‑on – right in the city centre and close to everything. The beds, however, were the worst I’ve ever slept on; I woke up feeling like I’d been punched, not rested.
