The staff were fantastic and the hotel’s organization helped us enjoy our island holiday by booking excursions and transfers; the value for money was excellent. The only downside was the coffee at breakfast.

The pool water wasn’t well maintained, and for two out of three nights the room wasn’t cleaned because they couldn’t find a spare key.

The location and staff were fine, but the pool was broken and we were only told on arrival that it had been down for days; the staff were inconsistent about when it stopped working, and the bed linens were dirty.
