The value for money is unbeatable, the hosts are very nice, and the location is excellent.

The small room offers a river view with tiny tables for eating, a quiet spot with plenty of nearby activities, and a compact kitchen opening onto the garden; the only downside is the mosquitoes at night—perhaps a small screen on the small window would help keep them out while staying open.

Very cheap, so you get what you pay for, but I didn’t expect everything and everyone to be so close together. Worse, the door had no lock—just a hole—making us feel unsafe. The hosts didn’t agree on what was free to do or take, and when we followed one host’s instruction, the other told us not to.
