The budget room had a bad-smelling sewer vent that made the bathroom stink, while the Comfort room was acceptable.

I booked for two adults and a 5‑year‑old, but the system assumed our daughter would sleep in our double bed, which I apparently missed during booking. Who expects a 5‑year‑old to sleep between their parents? This should be fixed urgently by the booking platform. I had to add an extra bed and pay for it, leaving almost no space in the room.

The area was tidy and the city pretty, parking was solved, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was fine with excellent pastries and coffee; overall it was quiet, though the main road nearby meant traffic was fairly heavy. The room was small, especially the bathroom, and we had issues with the heating (mechanical).
