After checkout a charge appeared on my card; the hotel hasn’t explained what it was for or why it was processed.

“Despite the roaches i liked everything else.”

I appreciated the proximity to campus, the gym, the roomy lobby, and the space to hang out, but I found two small roaches—one by the bed and one in the bathroom—and had to request a refrigerator, which they eventually brought.

“Gedateerd hotel in universiteitsomgeving”

The location and comfortable beds were nice, but I experienced noise from the ice‑block machine and elevator doors, especially at night; during check‑in I was told about “extra costs” (apparently normal in the USA) without any explanation, and it took several days for those “extra costs” to be refunded.

I was impressed by how spotless everything was and how helpful the staff were; no complaints at all.

The location was great, close to campus and the services, though the place felt a bit dated but not unpleasant.
