Super new, charming, and the owner was friendly. Nothing I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, the booking policy charged extra for terrace access in some rooms, but later the terrace was free for everyone in the hostel.

Very clean and comfortable, but no balcony. We arrived an hour and a half before check‑in and a woman offered to store our bags. She was incompetent and didn’t know how to handle guests coming from far away. She kept telling us we weren’t grateful enough, even though we hadn’t argued – we were just tired. She should understand that in hospitality, guests shouldn’t feel defensive; staff should be kind and understanding.
