I thought the place was generally fine for a trip to Florence, with a central spot and a large room. However, we had a baby and couldn't get a peaceful night because we weren't allowed to place the bed against the wall, which made us worry it might fall out. The owner was a bit inflexible here, unlike other places where that never caused an issue as long as it was physically possible. (Not all babies sleep in a baby cot.)

I loved the duplex—perfect for a family of four, with great decor, a fully equipped bathroom, and thoughtful breakfast details like bread, cheese, yogurt, juice, butter, and jam. You can even buy coffee capsules for 0.50 euros. The host was spectacular, and the cleaning staff was also amazing. I’m especially grateful because they found a ring I thought I’d lost elsewhere and left it in a bag next to my luggage (they also have space to store bags if your train or plane departs after check‑out). The location is ideal, within walking distance of all sights, with lovely cafés, gelaterias, and a supermarket nearby. 10/10. We loved it and would return anyway.

The place was really cute, spacious, and clean. Alessandra was incredibly kind and accommodating. It sits in a great spot, and we enjoyed staying here. We liked everything.

“Great location in a nice residential building”

The owner lady treats clients nicely, is very attentive, and responds quickly to any issue! The only downside is there’s no lift—you have to climb 30 steps.
