The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, but there was a bit of noise from some young adults outside, even though it was a Tuesday night.

The location was fine for what I needed and the surroundings were nice, but I stayed in room 1 and couldn’t open the windows because kitchen fans outside were running all night. Checking in was a mess: the front desk said we could check in at 3 but we didn’t get in until nearly 4 due to staffing, and some staff couldn’t help with certain things because they said they weren’t trained.

The spot was great, the rooms comfy, the breakfast delicious, and it was the perfect place to meet family for an event a car drive away in St Albans. The only issue was that the lights in room 7 next to the beds weren’t working. Otherwise, the beds were super comfy and the location was quiet. Thanks.
