The room was quiet, but the shower taps were broken and the doors wouldn’t close properly.

For the price it was great, offering the essentials and we were comfortable even with the old facilities; the staff were very attentive, and when the two storms knocked out the power the owner came to the property both times. The window faced the road and trucks passing made it impossible to sleep, but the place’s best moments were long ago and that didn’t matter to us; the laundry service was just a pile for hand‑washing, and we never asked if they would do the laundry for us.

The outdoor area was lovely to relax in, though the accommodation sits a bit close to N12, so traffic noise was somewhat disruptive.

It’s easy to find near N12, the staff were friendly, and there’s a barbecue spot. The beds were uncomfortable, the children’s room linen never changed, and the main bedroom linen wasn’t fresh when we arrived; the air conditioner worked for only one day, Wi‑Fi was unavailable until the morning of our departure, ants were everywhere, the pool was dirty, the toilet tissues were sub‑standard, and the TV was very old (we were told the modern one was struck by lightning).
