Good location, the staff was very helpful! The bathrooms were not well equipped, there are almost no power outlets in the room, and none in the bathroom.

The welcome was incredibly warm, and the staff were proud to speak and even sing in Italian 🤣🤣, which was a nice touch. Thanks to all the concierges, especially José, one of the bellboys, who was very kind, helpful, and charming. The AC was too strong, making it feel like an abattoir 😂😂😂
