The room was spacious, but there was no staff to help with luggage, no breakfast, no Wi‑Fi, no taxi service, and no other amenities.

They were the warmest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. They assisted with everything. The accommodation had a clean room, toilet, and facilities. I hope more places like this become common.
