We had a really nice stay! Especially the private hot tub was an absolute highlight. The water was wonderfully warm and perfect for relaxing after a tiring hike. Our room was very spacious, excellently equipped, and especially very clean and well‑maintained. Nothing was missing. A big shout‑out to the staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were assisted right away with the organization of our Mount‑Batur tour, which worked out super smoothly. Overall a great accommodation where we felt very comfortable! During the day, the many little flies were unfortunately a real problem. At times there were so many that it was hard to relax outside. This significantly limited the use of the outdoor area. We also found the restaurants in the immediate vicinity personally unappealing. The accommodation itself cannot be blamed, but this should be taken into account when planning. Aside from that, we had a really nice stay!

Great place for a night before heading up to Mount Batur. The hot water pools are top. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Having a small hot pool in front of your room with a magnificent view is fabulous!!! The staff are truly amazing and kind. The décor is pretty nice. Nothing else.

I hope the owner reads this because it’s definitely THE STAFF! They love what they do and it shows. The gardens were lush and tended by a friendly guy. Housekeeping and breakfast were excellent. Bagia was so happy and caring, providing help and local knowledge, with wit and wisdom. If it wasn’t for the staff the review would have been 1 only ⭐️ Someone really does have to put a stop to that noise pollution coming from behind. We will not be able to recommend staying there as this is a place to go to relax after a long drive, a very early wake up to see the sunrise, or any other adventure available in the area. NOT a place for doof doof bleating out from 6‑10 pm.

“Good stay and tour facilities to visit mount Batur”

We booked this place to explore Mount Batur, and it turned out to be roomy with a private spring right outside the room and another larger one for shared use. Breakfast could be taken either at the central spot or in the room. The staff were excellent, and several restaurants sit close to the property, plus two small supermarkets are right in front of the entrance street. They organized a walking tour for us, and Wayan, the guide, was well‑organized and a genuinely nice guy—especially with the kids. I’d definitely recommend both the accommodation and Wayan as a guide.
