The spot is great in the lively heart of Surento, yet it stays quieter than the street. Finding the place is easy. Mimi was polite and friendly, giving useful tips about the city and restaurants. The hallway between rooms was noisy, and some towels and glasses weren’t clean. The shower light was too harsh, and at night every door opening floods the room, making it hard for both of us to sleep. There’s no option to add breakfast or leave bags, so you have to lug your luggage out to find a place to eat. The price doesn’t match the value.

Choosing this spot for my Italian trip was the best decision ever; the location was perfect, and above all, the owner’s warm heart and meticulous care made the trip even more special! During the trip, my luggage didn’t arrive in Italy, but the owner kept checking the situation locally, personally found it, and actively communicated to get the luggage back to Korea as quickly as possible. I was very upset by the unexpected mishap in a foreign place, but thanks to the owner’s concern like my own, I received great comfort and help. The accommodation itself was very satisfying: clean bedding and space, and the terrace was perfect. Especially, there was a drying rack to hang wet clothes after swimming, which was convenient throughout the trip, and I returned to Korea with fresh, fluffy clothes. Thanks to the kind and friendly owner, even traveling without luggage felt more comfortable and enjoyable than inconvenient. Good memories of the trip come not only from great places but also from the warm people met there. I’m truly grateful to have met the owner on this trip, and it will stay in my memory for a long time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! If I visit Italy again, I’ll definitely come back to thank her personally!
