The bed was awesome. Overall, the customer service was awesome, from the front desk to the attendants! I loved that they welcomed you back to the hotel and were just so attentive. Jose was super friendly and helpful. I would have liked being on a higher floor

We adored everything about this place. We were in NY for a Harry Styles concert, so just one night. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating; the room was lovely—very clean and well‑appointed. The onsite restaurant, Burgerology, served excellent food and service. We visit NY often and will definitely stay here again. Jose, Asad, Edris, and Luis were especially helpful.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating; when we arrived very early they let us into our room. Everything was liked.

Excellent location, the attached restaurant was very good and super convenient. Every staff member we met was helpful and kind. The shower was a bit slow to drain, but that was the only downside.
