The room was super neat and aesthetic, with colors I love, and it had all the appliances and utensils I needed. The host was responsive. However, the host didn’t give us complete check‑in or check‑out instructions, which made it a hassle. We weren’t told how or where to park, nor that the GAF had to be printed and verified at a designated booth. During check‑out we didn’t know where to get the clearance; the receptionist said it was given at check‑in, so we had to return to the room in PH to find the paper, only to discover the host had already handed it to the front desk. The pool entrance fee of 250 per head (not per day but per schedule) was not clearly indicated, so you end up paying twice if you swim in the morning and afternoon. Also, only one pool is allowed for guests.

The place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The host replied quickly and handled the exit paperwork for staggered departures. The pool was good with a wave machine, though you have to pay a bit extra for it. There’s an outdoor area on the roof if you want to enjoy the weather. The room doesn’t actually have a pool view, despite the claim. The concierges weren’t very friendly or helpful, unlike the host. The booking in and out system is a bit clunky and frustrating, especially after a long day of travel.

The host was very rude from the start, so we decided to stay elsewhere. As a host, you expect to be treated warmly and welcomed; this property definitely would not be recommended.

The location is central to the airport, but the bed was tiny and the double duvet felt cramped; it would have been fine with my husband, yet I was traveling with my mother.
