I could always find something I liked at breakfast, though the selection wasn’t huge. The woman clearing tables at breakfast was friendly and efficient, and the staff at the adjoining coffee shop were lovely. It was also handy to have a large shopping centre within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate and the environment acceptable only. The rooftop pool wasn’t fully usable, and overall hotel service wasn’t great, except for the staff I mentioned. The hotel just didn’t feel nice. My stay was ok, but when I return to Salvador I’d rather pay more to stay elsewhere.
