The access to the place was not smooth. There were not enough parking spots. The sockets had no power for two days; they said it was a power company issue (other hotels had power after inspection). They apologized and said if I wasn’t satisfied I could get my money back and move out (at 23:00), and they spoke in very high tones. There were no mosquito nets. The shower water was weak. This was the experience at the place. I recommend looking elsewhere.

The people were nice and the beds were good. The dining area was small and the breakfast was messy, though the food itself was fine. On bad weather days there wasn’t enough space. The road to the hotel was very poor. It isn’t suitable for people with a handicap. There was a lot of clutter around the hotel.

Rooms were clean. There is no hotel reception desk. Noone was there when we arrived. Noone answered the phone when we called to get directions prior to arrival. No one answered the phone while we were in front waiting. We waited for about 20 minutes sitting in front of the hotel wondering if we would find someone to get us in our room. It felt like a long time as we had finished the big hike and were tired. We were there during a normal check in window - 330 pm. We understand and have patience for them being short staffed. But it would have been nice to see a welcome sign telling they’d be back at a certain time. Especially given the room rate. Also, don’t book a private balcony. The public balcony is best. The private balconies are above the generator which runs in the afternoon and again at night. It was quiet from 930 pm to 8 am thank goodness was. Generator is loud. No sitting on your private balcony to read or relax without the noise!

The hotel is beautifully situated with a mountain view, and the service was exceptional; the wine selection was also very good.

Excellent location in Theth Valley. it was very easy to walk everywhere and wa a great mountain escape. I had a room on the back of the hotel where the views are not as wide open but still nice. There is a dirt hill road to get up to the hotel so having a higher clearence vehicle is nice
