The bed and air conditioning were excellent, the staff were really nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious too, yet the construction at the entrance and stairwell looked hazardous and rundown, though the inside of the hotel was excellent, and my hair dryer didn't work.

The staff were great and helpful, the coffee was nice, and the location was perfect—close to several tourist attractions and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but the place was dusty from renovations, the breakfast offered no variety (only bread, canned fruits, Kellogg's, plain yogurt, and one boiled egg), and the carpeted floor could bother those with sinusitis or asthma.

A pleasant stay at Cairo inn. The spot was a highlight for me – it made getting around downtown, Tahrir Square, and the main sights easy. Thanks to the restaurant team. The only downside was that the hotel was under renovation with some construction activity, but I think that will improve things.

No internet at all, just on the first day, then it vanished for the rest of the stay.
