The apartment was very clean, a supermarket was nearby, and the city centre is a short walk away. The lack of blinds is something I miss when I leave Spain.

The location and the spacious house are good, but the upper loft floor is very hot and noisy—sleeping with the window open is impossible. Customer service is neither efficient nor friendly, and many details of the house are unsatisfactory: broken venetian blinds, non‑working light bulbs.

The accommodation is well‑situated in the city centre without being in the hyper‑centre; a bus stop is a 2‑minute walk away, a supermarket is 5 minutes, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. It’s easy to reach the city centre by bus and to leave Tours quickly for nearby sights. The décor is nice, there’s plenty of dishware (X6 mini), and the small appliances are “new,” which is pretty rare.
