Bagno e stanza molto spaziosi. Pulizia. Abbiamo prenotato due notti, 2 adulti e 2 bambine e, pur sapendo che si trattasse di un centro sportivo polifunzionale, non ci aspettavamo di avere una camera al piano terra proprio di fronte al campo da calcio in cui c’era oltretutto molto passaggio di persone che assistevano agli eventi sportivi

I liked how many TV channels there were, but the bathroom wasn’t wheelchair‑friendly because we had no toilet grab bar or a seat to sit on. Still, it was fine since we were only there a couple of days and could skip the bath. The mattresses were far too soft, and there was a weird smell like powdered sauce or soup, plus the indoor air quality was bad; I had to get up and ventilate several times each night. Workers made loud noise from 7 am, and on Monday evening and Tuesday morning there was commotion from young people on the first floor. The kitchen was missing bread knives and other utensils, and there was no towel or hooks for hand‑towels. We’re used to sorting waste, having done it in the area before, but the hotel didn’t provide any information on the service phone, doctor, etc. It felt unsafe to be alone in such a huge house.

The key‑function worked flawlessly, but I couldn’t lock the bedroom door at night while staying in the room. I’d like a new practical info list updated.
