Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, large rooms, comfy bed. The restaurant Amelys in the hotel is great!

The location is good, public transport is close, and the rooms are clean, but it feels quite old‑fashioned; the carpet in the rooms is awful, the spa is outdated, and there are too many staff at the restaurant, making us feel watched and uncomfortable.

It was a genuine five‑star experience, with a nice breakfast, good spa, and a splendid location, and everything else was fine.
