Just a few steps from the historic center of Castel Sant'Elia and a handful of kilometers from Nepi, the B&B run by Marzia and Lorenzo turned out to be a real gem! Spotless cleanliness and attention to detail immediately stand out. The room is extremely quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Its location is ideal for reaching the various nature trails nearby. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed here for a few days and felt absolutely comfortable. The house is immaculate, welcoming, and stylishly decorated. From the moment I arrived I felt at home. A special thank you to Marzia, who is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests. Her hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great for exploring the area, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It’s one of those places where you can feel the care and love that goes into the service. I stayed here and was very happy. The location is excellent, convenient for reaching the main points of interest in the area. The room was very clean, bright, and pleasantly cool even during the hottest parts of the day, making the stay especially comfortable. I also appreciated the order and overall care of the spaces. The only drawback was a small issue with the door upon arrival. Luckily the staff acted quickly and resolved the situation efficiently and politely. Aside from that, I had no other problems during my stay.
