Nothing good. The place was unhygienic, and the lingerie was left in front of the room I was offered. Over five nights, the room was cleaned properly only once. The price quoted for the stay is a scam.

I hope it's not normal to accept guests just because of the building layout with so many disturbances, especially early in the morning—it's a dump. There's a lack of trust and respect, poor personal welcome, no communication.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly, yet the common areas were dusty and smelled awful even on the sixth floor, possibly from the plumbing. The room had been renovated but the finishes still needed work, and despite common sense (for example a hair dryer above the desk and a mirror in the bathroom, a kettle wired to the wall so it couldn’t be removed, how could you empty or fill it?), the hallway light leaked into the room around the door because it wasn’t airtight, and at night I had to use cardboard to balance the office chair legs.
