We barely had time to enjoy it. The owners kicked us out after three hours. We only wanted a good‑condition pan to cook. We were supposed to stay three nights but ended up staying three hours. The owners didn’t like us asking for a pan, seemed hostile, and we were told they thought we were condescending. Booking’s service took over the case and also hung up on us during the call. Reading other reviews, this behavioral issue appears frequently. We also had a chance to talk with some locals in this charming small town who confirmed the odd attitude. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, skip it. Luckily, some nice people opened their door a few meters away. The story doesn’t end there: the owner promised a direct refund to our bank account, didn’t do it, and even debited us again. Despite our requests and Booking’s, she refused to refund, and Booking had to do it for us. Thanks to them.
