Fantastic breakfast, very helpful and friendly lady Valentina! The room was large and spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available, and they accommodated dietary requests. Our room faced a busy street, so we heard a lot of traffic all night; the garden‑side rooms were quieter.

A charming place with its own unique vibe, an intimate atmosphere and friendly staff. Private parking is a big plus, especially in such a central location, right in the heart of Imperia (Oneglia).

Cleanliness of the rooms, staff friendliness, easy parking. According to the website, including Booking, it isn’t clear that it’s actually a B&B, not a hotel. We were assigned a room on two levels, but that wasn’t indicated on the Booking site or in the confirmation. Access to the second level of the room was difficult with a narrow ladder and high steps. The bathroom was on the second level, separated from the room by a glass door: zero privacy! The light in the bathroom was controlled by a timed sensor, very short. When we had to go to the bathroom at night, the light would automatically turn on, waking the sleeper; moreover, staying longer on the toilet caused the light to turn off with no way to turn it back on unless you got up. There was a wardrobe with no hooks, and the room had a bad odor from the bathroom. The building was well restored, but the exterior of the complex is dilapidated. The pool is “submerged” among buildings, which isn’t obvious from the site. In my opinion, €250 a night is not worth it!
