I really liked the free ice and midnight snack service, and the paid breakfast, which included beef tongue stew, was also great. The bath was clean and I used it nightly. However, the old equipment made me hear the toilet flushing at night, which was annoying.

The hot spring and the staff were excellent. I had some issues with the room, but the staff handled everything very well.

“まぁよかったです”

The dorm‑style ice after the bath, the probiotic drink service, and the night‑time ramen were tasty. The breakfast area was too cramped; I would prefer the time to be set the day before. Also, something floating in the hot spring—whether it was a flower or trash—was unsettling.

“ホテルでもっとゆっくり滞在したかった！”

The hotel is about a 10‑minute walk from the station. I liked that the hot spring and sauna were available all night, and the sauna was a dry sauna with a cold bath; the hot spring was pumped from 200 m underground. I missed the night ramen because of a prior plan, but the free ice and Yakult afterward were appreciated. Checking out at 11:00 was convenient. The check‑in explanation was lacking; I would have liked to know that the welcome coffee was free and that the ice and Yakult differ between night and morning.
