We arrived on a Thursday evening and were immediately offered a $38 package supposedly for savings; we declined. Later, my credit card statement showed an extra $296 charge on top of the room rate. At reception they explained it was a “guarantee,” but we were not warned beforehand. On Saturday during check‑out the amount had risen to $512, with staff saying it would be refunded within 30 days. I find this approach completely unacceptable.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in einer angenehme Gegend. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und haben unseren Augen nicht getraut. Frühstück al a Cart zu einem sehr tiefen Preis. Super ausgesuchte Speisen modern und lecker. Vielen Dank-. Die Umgebung ist als kleinstädter gewöhnugsdürftig
