The front desk was handled by Angel, and she was absolutely wonderful. She greeted us with a smile and made check‑in smooth and easy. A small detail, but it left a good impression.[/BODY]

I ended up paying twice and the app wouldn't give me a refund even after I sent the Alipay payment proof. They kept asking for a bank statement that wouldn't be ready for a month and demanded an invoice from the hotel. I was stuck on the street for three‑four hours in November cold, no cash, no Alipay or WeChat active, just trying to sort it out. Worst experience ever; the app and the hotel were both terrible.
