The rooms were clean and comfy, and the overall space felt nice. But the front desk staff seemed clueless—never double‑checked details before passing them on. There were no signs or trash cans around the resort, and some of the adventure gear like the zip‑line and climbing wall were broken.

Breakfast was solid, and the lunch and dinner buffets had decent choices. Lots of pools and everything was spotless, plus the staff were friendly. The downside? Only one heated pool, and it was closed from 10 am to 6 pm—tight for winter. The poolside bars shut at 7:30 pm, so both the pool and bars could have stayed open until 10 pm. The restaurant could also use a small à‑la‑carte menu.

Overall, the place was fine. The bathroom left something to wish for: the toilet lid was a makeshift thing that felt uncomfortable, and the shower had uneven water pressure with spotty jets.
