“No hay seguridad, te entran a robar!”
What I liked most was that Claudia offered us a room so our friends wouldn’t have to stay on the street. However, when my friends moved in, the front desk kept loudly repeating the door PIN even though they said it would be better to keep it private; the next day at 8:20 they entered the room, forgot it, and set a trap. When a tray fell, the staff ran out. They went to reception at 9:00, and the receptionist, upon being told they had entered the room, replied, “what do you want me to do?” They were already aware of what was happening, so despite being offered a room, that room was paid for and therefore there should have been a minimum level of security that wasn’t provided. That’s why I gave this rating. I don’t recommend staying at hotels where the staff show no concern for your safety when entering your room. I tried to say it was the cleaning crew, but we had a sign on the door saying we didn’t want them in, and it wasn’t cleaning time (cleaning starts at 9 am), and I doubt the cleaning staff would run out with a mop bucket like a criminal 😅. In short, there was no security or staff support. The manager can view the cameras from 8:20 to 8:26 in room 103 and at reception around 9:00 to see how the employee behaves.
