“Bien”
We didn’t have hot water at 8 am. The shower was poorly insulated and the floor got flooded after the showers.

The reception was friendly and the rooms were comfortable, yet a fire alarm went off during the night and no evacuation instructions were provided.

The breakfast room was a bit cramped, especially on mornings when many congress attendees started at the same time and another large group joined, but that only happened one morning.
