The place was beautiful and well situated; the staff were attentive, warm, and helpful, making me feel at home—definitely a spot to come back to.

We stayed in a one‑room container house that was tidy and split into a bedroom, a sofa‑bed living area, and a combined kitchen. The rain kept us from being stuck in the room, and the location was excellent. The breakfast wasn’t included, which I think is one of the most important things in a hotel, and the bed was terrible—flimsy, sagging, and misshapen. Awful.

The hotel is close to Lago Lácar, near the main street and city center. The staff were very good and there is a tour agency on site with many excursions and packages to buy separately. The Tiny House was spotless and brand new when we arrived, and the common area is cozy and warm on cold days. However, staying in the Tiny House meant we didn't get breakfast or room cleaning included, which would have been great for our long stay, and because the house sits in the hotel parking near the street, the bed rattles a lot with passing cars and could be a bit more comfortable.

“Boa estadia!”

The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, we enjoyed our wine in the social area, the breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and warm; I recommend it, but the bathrooms are small and the cleanliness could be improved.
