The location was superb and the staff were charming; the breakfast was the most generous and tasty we’ve ever had, with a wide selection and even the final sweet courses were delightful. It sits in the center, right across from a delicatessen, nuts, and lovely ice cream shop, making the area interesting and friendly.

The room was huge, comfortable, and nice, and the location was great. However, the deal promised breakfast, yet because we were the only guests in the hotel they told us at reception that there was no breakfast available. This was very disappointing since we chose the hotel based on its breakfast recommendations. We believe they could have informed us earlier or arranged an alternative breakfast for us. A 50‑shekel discount on the total price does not compensate for the missing breakfast for a couple or the mental distress, and it’s a shame because the building and location are excellent.
