We arrived from the Tuscan Mediterranean coast and got to the place earlier than expected because traffic was fairly mild. The host came after a few minutes and let us check in; thanks again for that. We can recommend the place without reservation: great central location near the beach and city restaurants, the room is stylish, modern, and practical, and the apartment is clean. We found a free parking spot on the street in September. There was no reason to complain about anything.

The room is a bit small but well organized and has all the comforts for a few days in Civitanova. We liked the comfortable bed, the large shower, and especially the real hair dryer instead of the usual hotel ones—very handy by the sea. There is a common area to wash and dry swimwear. The location is excellent for both the center and the sea, and also close to a parking spot near the port where it’s easier to find a place. Breakfast was good, served at a bar very close by. Between the bathroom and the bedroom there is a window that isn’t fully darkened, which can be a bit awkward if you share the room with someone you’re not very close to.
