Being near the airport was convenient, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

Everything was good, except for the 100 deposit required at check‑in.

The location was great, though the lighting was too dim.

The location was amazing and the staff were super helpful; a noisy neighbour was quickly resolved after we complained. However, the springs in the mattress were noticeable, which was less than ideal since we stayed in a disability room for my wheelchair‑using partner; we improvised by borrowing blankets from housekeeping to pad his side. We also wanted to do laundry but couldn’t because the independent service app didn’t accept our NZ card, claiming it was attempted fraud.
