I never got into my room. I arrived when I was supposed to, but the office was locked. I called the number on the door, but no one answered. So I left. The office was locked and I couldn’t check in.

The location and room were good. The staff was helpful and polite, but it seemed they were short‑staffed and couldn’t keep up with housekeeping.

Our room was dirty, with crumbs everywhere, food left in the refrigerator, long black hair on the floor in the bathroom and in front of the sink. The bed sheets were stained and the shower curtain looked and smelled like it hadn’t been changed or washed in months.

The room was filthy, the shower was broken so we couldn't shower, the air conditioning was noisy, and the linens had hair on them. They even failed to mount a new roll of toilet paper on the holder, leaving it on the empty roll. It was total crap.
