Hotel Prudente RP

Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation but it was very quiet. The breakfast did not meet expectations.

Absolutely nothing! I did not stay at this “hotel” because when I arrived before check‑in, my family and I were shown the “room” we were supposed to stay in, so I cancelled the reservation as the place had no minimum condition for us to stay there. The photos on the site did not match reality, and I would not recommend anyone to book here.

“Decepcionte e interesse no cliente, zero.”

The staff member who greeted me at check‑in was polite and helpful. The room was not what the site showed; it looked like a hostel, the bathroom window glass was broken, it was very cold and windy inside, and the fridge was not working. I went to another employee to get a different fridge in another room, which turned out to be the room shown on the site, but I was told those rooms were not available. I cancelled 4 hours after booking, around 2 pm, and cancelled again around 6 pm. I paid the full amount—about 780, which is well above normal—and cancelled both in person and via Booking. In person, I was told to speak with management about a refund; via Booking, I was informed a fee of 389 reais would be charged for the cancelled reservation. I stayed elsewhere to avoid the situation. I spoke with the manager, who said he would look into it, but there was no follow‑up. I spoke again and nothing changed. I was waiting for a resolution to write my review, but since the hotel showed no interest or concern, I am documenting my final thoughts to close the matter.

“Bom mas o hotel precisa melhorar em algumas coisas estruturais”

Clean and well organized. The windows lack locks, so you feel a bit vulnerable.
