The room was spotless, which I really appreciated, but the dining left a lot to be desired – the wine list was thin and there was no manicure service even though it was advertised. On top of that, the jazz music was cranked up way too loud for my taste.

Booking was a breeze and the staff were genuinely friendly and quick to help. Our kids had a blast with the activities, and we adults enjoyed them too – it turned out to be a lot of fun and great value for the money. I’ve already told a few friends about it.

The program for kids aged 7 to 12 kept them occupied and happy, but the televisions in the rooms were old and not very reliable.

I always feel taken care of here – the staff are super helpful and the food is delicious. The only downside is that the activity schedule is rigid; it would be nicer if they could offer more flexible timings, especially outside peak season, based on monitor availability.
