Even though I wouldn’t stay again because of the cockroaches, the views were breathtaking and the staff were friendly. Small roaches appeared in the bathroom—about fifteen a day—despite the fact we were only there to sleep. It felt like a family run place, and the staff were pleasant, but they need to improve cleanliness and pest control. The facilities were somewhat run‑down; if it had been just that, I could have understood it as a guesthouse, but we booked the upper room, and I can’t imagine how the others are. I wish someone had warned me about this.

“This hotel is weird.”

I didn’t really like it; it was just average. The floor is broken, the furniture is old and damaged, and the elevator is painfully slow, taking a long time to descend. Getting to the pool takes 15 minutes because it’s on a different tower. I won’t stay here again; everything needs an upgrade. The place feels too low‑class for the money they’re charging.

The city‑view window is great, and there are several amenities: a pool, laundry, gym, and free cold water. The window itself is beautiful, but I couldn’t open it because tables in front of the window let other guests sit there, blocking the view. Cleaning was fairly good, but maintenance is needed—especially since there are only two power outlets, both far from the bed.

“View was really nice + clean but they not provide some more facilities like shower gel , towels etc”

The location, view, and pool are positives. Negatives: no towels, no shower gel, sometimes no fresh sheets, and no social activities.
