What a gorgeous hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the room was huge and cozy. I can’t recommend this unique boutique stay enough.

Located in Florence's heart, Palazzo Ridolfi - Residenza d'Epoca is a 3-minute walk from Pitti Palace, 600 meters from Strozzi Palace, and less than 1 km from Santa Maria Novella. The Uffizi Gallery is an 8-minute walk, and Piazza del Duomo di Firenze is 1 km away. Rooms offer air-conditioning, private bathrooms, hypoallergenic bedding, and free WiFi, along with minibars, work desks, and soundproofing.

The palace was beautiful, with rooms featuring ceiling frescoes and paintings, a great location just minutes from the city center. Right around the corner is a popular nightlife area where you can meet locals. I want to highlight the exceptionally friendly and dedicated staff. If you drive, you can park directly in front of the palace and the car will be taken into the underground garage—just remember to register beforehand. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we’ll be back soon!

The location is in a quieter area, which is good because there’s no noise and walking to the center is close. We were very well attended and guided by Francesca, who gave us recommendations for nearby spots. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. We loved the bathroom fixtures and furniture. The bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was complete. One of the best stays of our entire honeymoon trip!
