The location is perfect and security made sure a friend of mine returned safely to her room. The shower area could use a refresh in terms of cleanliness.

“Great location , but dissapointed”

The location and breakfast are great, but the place wasn’t very clean. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained with watermarks. I didn’t sleep well because it was very noisy at night, probably because I was on the 1st floor and could hear a lot of noise, doors banging, etc. I stay here often and this time the cleanliness was poor.

“Avoid.”

A few staff members were kind and helpful, but the heater in my room didn’t work. They insisted on testing it themselves, which delayed everything and I only managed to sleep at 2 am. The soundproofing is awful – you can hear people talking and moving around as if they’re in the same room. The walls were filthy and the floor edges were covered in dust. Breakfast was decent, but the scrambled eggs were almost powdery and tasted strange.

“Good location for one night if it had a deep clean and refurb”

The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the room was very basic. The carpet was the worst, stained badly, and there was a leak in the bathroom; overall the place needs a bit of TLC. I wouldn’t book again.
