It was clean, the pool was amazing, and breakfast plus the complimentary drinks were really good. I paid over 1000 USD and only got breakfast included… not sure how to feel about that.

The hotel’s structure is great—comfortable, fully equipped with an ice machine, pools, staff, Starbucks, and everything else we needed. Nothing negative.

The food was delicious, and the concierge lady was outstanding—truly the best. However, when we asked a restaurant staff member for a sauce for the fish, she arrived with it and said it would cost extra, which we didn’t think was fair. We felt poorly attended, and she wasn’t allowed to stay and was taken away.
