Everything was great: friendly staff throughout, spotless rooms, a lovely restaurant with a good food selection, beautiful pools and plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Some guests had been staying for 31 years, 30 years. I can't find any fault with this hotel; if anyone complains, it's probably them, not the hotel.

The pool is close to the beach; food was awful, the beach is nearby but you have to cross a small stream of urine, and cleanliness could be better.

The location was good, but the staff were not friendly, even when I asked for help at reception, their answer was negative and they were rude and treated me with contempt. Other guests were very noisy all day and at night when trying to rest, making a vacation meant to relax exhausting.

Good location, large pool area, friendly staff, the welcome gift arrived unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised us. The air conditioning is motion‑sensor‑controlled, making the nights unbearably warm, especially for British guests, and the food is too British‑centric. The kids’ animation was disappointing, and there are only three German TV channels.

The location is great. A path linked to the hotel easily reaches the beautiful Cala Domingos; you can rent a beach umbrella and two loungers for 15 € the whole day. The pool is nice and always clean. Plenty of loungers are available for guests. A special thanks to Dani, the waiter who was always friendly and smiling. The reception manager was incompetent; we asked for three rooms and were given two rooms plus an apartment on the other side of the hotel. When we pointed out the mistake he didn’t know how to handle it. We offered to give up the rooms for another apartment, but he needed a bit more empathy and a smile. Food… let’s leave it at that. I don’t expect to eat Italian everywhere I go, but here it was really hard to eat. The all‑inclusive formula was poor. Breakfast, fruit and French fries became our friends. Animation was almost non‑existent.
