From the first contact the communication worked perfectly. Franceska is always concerned about the guests’ well‑being. The breakfast was lovingly and abundantly prepared, and my wife and I felt very comfortable.

The hostess was super good! The location is nice and the apartment is quiet. Card payment was not accepted.

The spot is spectacular, and Francesca was genuinely kind and helpful. The only thing that would push this to a perfect 10 is installing air conditioning; otherwise, the hot summers make it hard to sleep.

The place is clean, beautiful, and in a quiet location. Francesca is a very pleasant and positive person who pays a lot of attention to her guests. The breakfast is almost entirely homemade and local products—very tasty. The only downside is the noisy neighbors on the adjacent property; Francesca isn’t to blame for that.
