Breakfast was good, with tasty pistolets and regional bakery biscuits, but no egg was offered. The view from the location was phenomenal, and the accommodation was nice with good dining options—perfect for me. The stay felt a bit basic; the rooms were a bit worn, but the balcony view made everything worthwhile.

The family room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible—when we arrived after midnight due to a late ferry, they arranged a key for us. The next day, the owner set up storage for our e‑bikes to keep them safe. The location is stunning, with a fantastic view from the Kellerberg, and it would be an excellent base for a cycling holiday in the picturesque countryside. We didn’t get to try the restaurant for dinner, but it would be lovely to sit there in the open air on a summer evening. The only drawback is that there is no lift, so you’ll have to carry your bags up the stairs; it wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.

The view was nice. The room was too hot and not clean, the breakfast was sparse, and the owner’s friendliness was below par. I won’t return.
