Hotel Ipsan Nah

We really liked the location and the food, but we stayed three nights at the Ipsan Nah hotel and it was noisy all day and night; on Saturday evening the terrace right above our room was booked for a birthday party without informing us, so we had to look for another hotel; the noise was terrible until 10:30 am and then screams in the hallways made it impossible to sleep. The beds advertised as Queen size were not Queen size, the room walls were dirty and the bedding was full of stains.

The location is excellent because everything is close and you can walk to any point in the city, but the only thing that bothered me was that the towels are very small.

Breakfast was delicious and the coffee exquisite, yet they didn’t have my reservation in the schedule and we were moved to another room outside the hotel.

“¡Muy bien!”

Although the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, the strong lights from the building opposite our room remained on all night, and the curtains didn't provide sufficient coverage. This made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. On the other hand, the hotel's staff was very attentive, which made our stay somewhat enjoyable.
