The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t get the room I paid for; instead, I was given a family room with a shared bathroom. The room had mould, which worsened my sinus.

The hotel's location is fantastic, but unfortunately, the kitchen and bathroom could use some serious upgrading and a thorough cleaning. The location is a major plus, but the subpar condition of the kitchen and bathroom is a significant drawback.

I was impressed with the premises and my room, but the kitchen fell short in a major way - there was no hot water, and I had to rely on a small kettle to boil water for even the simplest tasks.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay. However, I'm a bit puzzled by the reviewer who said "all was well" because I didn't experience anything out of the ordinary.
