The location was excellent and the breakfast selection was good. Unfortunately, the pool had been drained and closed for winter, and we weren’t told about this before arriving, which might have been why we chose not to stay again.

I had no complaints; I booked a few hours early, received a very fair price including parking and breakfast, and the staff upgraded me to a much larger room – I've never stayed in a nicer, bigger room in my life, having been in roughly 150 hotels. I have no complaints, but I regret not being able to stay a few more days to enjoy the hotel and city.
